The Food & Beverage Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that staff work together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs. The role includes inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining areas for service and safety, conducting inventories, and assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee evaluation. The supervisor also follows company policies, maintains confidentiality, develops positive working relationships, and ensures adherence to quality and safety standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and bending.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to work well within a team to achieve common goals.
Capability to follow company and safety policies and procedures.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
