Job Description
As a Food Safety & Hygiene Supervisor, you will engage in daily activities that involve overseeing food safety practices and ensuring adherence to halal standards. You will work closely with various teams to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety and halal regulations.
- Coordinate staff training on food safety practices.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels.
- Assist with authority visits and inspections.
- Handle customer complaints related to food safety issues.
- Maintain HACCP and HALAL certification at all outlets.
- Promote a culture of food safety and hygiene among staff.

Bachelor of Food Science/Food Technology/Food Biotechnology/Halal Management
Certified Halal Executive (if any)
