Food Safety Manager at Genting Malaysia Berhad - Pahang

The Food Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) across all food and beverage outlets and production facilities. This role ensures compliance with Malaysian food safety regulations and oversees critical certification programs, impacting the overall safety and quality of food served.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve conducting food safety audits, training staff, and managing hygiene checks to uphold the highest standards of food safety. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all food safety protocols are adhered to and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian food safety regulations.
• Oversee HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP certification programs.
• Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections.
• Train staff on food safety practices and procedures.
