The Food Services Supervisor - Banquet is responsible for ensuring the food service staff work together as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. This role includes inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining areas, managing inventories and supplies, assisting in staff management tasks, and maintaining adherence to company policies and safety standards. The supervisor also acts as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment policies and supports maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety in the workplace.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during a work shift.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to perform physical activities including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and moving through confined or elevated spaces.
Strong communication skills to speak clearly and professionally with others.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
Willingness to follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
