
The Franchise Development Executive is responsible for scouting high-potential mall locations and negotiating favorable lease terms for MadChilli PanMee. This role significantly impacts the company's growth by securing prime retail spaces and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve researching competitor performance and leading negotiations with mall management. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless store rollouts and drive growth for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in retail expansion, property leasing, commercial sales, or franchise acquisition.
Solid understanding of commercial leasing terms.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and franchise partners.
