You will assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions while maintaining efficient communication with internal departments. Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, you will address guest needs promptly and maintain professional relationships with team members. Your role includes accurate data entry in the Property Management System (PMS) and upholding grooming standards, ensuring guests feel valued and recognized during their stay.
Experience in front office operations or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately

Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS)
