As an Internship Account Assistant, you will be responsible for daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping, monitoring accounts receivable, and following up on outstanding payments. You will handle customer inquiries related to billing, maintain detailed records of transactions, and collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and generate reports. Additionally, you will identify process improvements for the accounts receivable function and ensure the accuracy of invoices and payment instructions. SPM or Diploma in Accounting or a related field
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
