Job Description
In this role, the Management Associate will engage in daily operations, collaborating with different teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. The position involves working in a dynamic environment under the guidance of the CEO, providing exposure to strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with department heads to implement best practices.
- Assist in the development of training programs for staff.
- Support the CEO in strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
