Job Description

In this position, you will manage daily front office activities, including Bell Staff, Guest Services, and Switchboard operations. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering outstanding service to guests and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front office operations to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Direct department heads to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and coach a diverse team to enhance guest experiences.
  • Manage department expenses to achieve budget goals.
  • Implement brand-standard policies and procedures.
  • Analyze operational data and guest feedback for service improvements.
  • Handle complex operational challenges with professional solutions.

Job Requirements

High school diploma/GED with 4 years of guest service experience OR 2-year Hospitality degree with 2 years of experience.

Proven leadership skills to manage and influence team members effectively.

Strong financial management skills for controlling department expenses.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Competency in administering HR activities, including performance appraisals.
