You will direct department heads to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures while striving to maximize financial performance and satisfaction scores. Your role involves leading a diverse team, managing department expenses, and implementing brand-standard policies. You will serve as the "Service Champion," coaching staff to provide extraordinary guest experiences and handling complex operational challenges with professional solutions.
High school diploma/GED with 4 years of guest service experience OR 2-year Hospitality degree with 2 years of experience.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and influence team members effectively.
Strong financial management skills to control department expenses and achieve budget goals.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for professional guest and employee relations.
Ability to analyze operational data and guest feedback to implement service improvements.
Competency in administering HR activities, including performance appraisals and hiring processes.
In-depth knowledge of front office operations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
