The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations at Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa. This role involves leading a diverse team to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maximizing financial performance.
In this position, you will manage daily front office activities, including Bell Staff, Guest Services, and Switchboard operations. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering outstanding service to guests and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma/GED with 4 years of guest service experience OR 2-year Hospitality degree with 2 years of experience.
Proven leadership skills to manage and influence team members effectively.
Strong financial management skills for controlling department expenses.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Competency in administering HR activities, including performance appraisals.
