This position is for a Night Shift Front Office Receptionist at a spa, responsible for guest service during night hours. The role includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling bookings and inquiries, and maintaining the reception area while working independently.
The Front Office Receptionist for the night shift is responsible for greeting guests warmly upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out for spa treatments. This role includes handling guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations through various channels, managing the spa schedule, and promoting spa treatments and products. Night shift duties involve accommodating late-night walk-in guests, ensuring accurate completion of daily transactions and reports, maintaining cleanliness of the reception and treatment areas, and monitoring safety or maintenance issues. The receptionist also prepares daily sales and activity reports and ensures confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel, spa, or wellness center front desk is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Must have own transportation.
