
The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing guest interactions at the spa. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operations during the night shift.
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their check-in and check-out processes for spa treatments. You will handle guest inquiries, manage bookings and cancellations, and promote spa services in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel, spa, or wellness center front desk is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
Must have own transportation.
