The Receptionist is responsible for guest service and front desk operations at the spa. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out for treatments, and providing detailed information on spa services, promotions, and operating hours. The role also involves managing bookings and cancellations, coordinating the spa schedule with therapists, promoting spa treatments and products, and handling night shift duties such as attending to late-night guests and completing daily transactions and reports. Additionally, the Receptionist maintains the cleanliness and readiness of the spa reception and treatment areas, monitors safety and maintenance issues, assists in end-of-day reconciliation, and prepares daily sales and activity reports. The position requires maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel, spa, or wellness center front desk is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
