The Receptionist is responsible for managing guest services and front desk operations at Health World Spa and Massage. This role involves ensuring a welcoming environment for guests while efficiently handling inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks.

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will work in a dynamic environment with rotating night and morning shifts, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, and coordinating with therapists to promote spa services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle inquiries and bookings efficiently.
  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote spa services and products to guests.
  • Manage late-night guests and complete daily transactions and reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and monitor safety and maintenance issues.
  • Assist with end-of-day reconciliation and administrative tasks.
  • Record guest preferences and maintain stock levels.
  • Prepare reports to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Previous experience in a hotel, spa, or wellness center front desk is an advantage.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.

Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.

Must have own transportation.

Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
