This role involves working as a receptionist with rotating night and morning shifts. The receptionist will manage guest services and front desk operations, including greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, handling inquiries and bookings, coordinating with therapists, and promoting spa services and products. Night shift duties include managing late-night guests, completing daily transactions and reports, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring safety and maintenance issues, and assisting with end-of-day reconciliation. Administrative responsibilities include recording guest preferences, maintaining stock levels, preparing reports, and ensuring professionalism in guest interactions.
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel, spa, or wellness center front desk is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Must have own transportation.
