Job Description

As an Internship Front Office Receptionist, you will engage with guests daily, assisting them with check-in and check-out processes while providing information about spa services. You will also manage bookings and schedules, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.
  • Provide detailed information on spa services and handle guest inquiries.
  • Manage the spa schedule and promote treatments and products.
  • Open the shop and arrange therapists' schedules in the morning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and complete daily transactions and reports.
  • Record guest preferences and feedback for future reference.
  • Maintain stock levels and prepare sales reports.
  • Ensure professionalism in all guest interactions.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.

Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.

Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
