The Internship Front Office Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests warmly upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out for spa treatments. This role involves providing detailed information on spa services, handling guest inquiries and bookings through various channels, managing the spa schedule, and promoting spa treatments and products to maximize revenue. The position includes morning duties such as opening the shop, arranging therapists' schedules, maintaining cleanliness, reporting issues, and assisting with cash reconciliation, as well as night duties involving managing late-night guests, completing daily transactions and reports, and ensuring overall spa readiness. Additionally, the receptionist is responsible for administrative tasks such as recording guest preferences and feedback, maintaining stock levels, preparing sales reports, and ensuring professionalism in all guest interactions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other languages an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
