
The Front Supervisor is responsible for overseeing guest check-ins and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards within the hospitality environment.
In this role, the Front Supervisor assists staff in resolving payment issues and follows up with guests to ensure their satisfaction. They manage guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and processing payments, while coordinating with various departments to uphold company policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Capability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
