They handle guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys, as well as processing all payment types. The role involves setting up accurate guest accounts, anticipating sold-out situations, coordinating with other departments such as Housekeeping, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Capability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
