The Frontline Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to showroom and walk-in customers. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales at Wheelcorp Toyota.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage directly with customers visiting the showroom, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
  • Provide detailed information about Toyota vehicles and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Handle paperwork related to sales and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements
