The role involves greeting customers upon arrival and providing them with drink menus while answering questions about ingredients. The employee takes detailed orders, prepares beverages according to recipes, serves beverages and prepared food items, processes payments, maintains cleanliness of the bar area, keeps stock of clean mugs and plates, and checks brewing equipment for proper operation, reporting any maintenance issues.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
Prefer to have a private vehicle.
Candidate must willing to work at Pavilion Bukit Bintang - KL.
