Role Summary
The Fund Accounting Analyst 1 (Officer) is responsible for daily NAV production and managing exceptions. This role involves developing strong client relationships and ensuring timely resolution of queries while supporting operational efficiency projects.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks related to NAV production and exception management within a collaborative team environment. You will also monitor errors and act as a resource for the team to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce daily NAV reports and manage exceptions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
- Monitor and report errors to improve operational processes.
- Support operational efficiency projects and initiatives.
- Act as a resource for team members in fund administration services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
