
The Fundraising Officer is responsible for driving fundraising initiatives to support the organization's mission. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies that engage donors and maximize contributions.
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with a dynamic team to plan and execute fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. This position requires a proactive approach to donor engagement and relationship management, with opportunities to innovate and expand fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial targets. - Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors. - Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials for fundraising efforts. - Analyze donor data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Provide support and training to volunteers involved in fundraising activities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in fundraising or related areas is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
