This role involves guiding guests through their arrival and departure experiences by delivering a variety of services, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights. The position requires a hands-on approach with physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects as necessary, while maintaining professional appearance and adhering to company policies and quality standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds unaided and over 75 pounds with assistance.
Strong commitment to creating a safe workplace and following company policies and procedures.
Professional personal appearance and communications.
Basic skills in guest service and operational task management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Willingness to work on feet and move around for extended periods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
