Job Description

As a Haulage Assistant, you will engage in daily operational tasks that facilitate the collection and return of ISO containers from ports and depots. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with drivers and customers to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily haulage operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to logistics.
  • Prepare necessary documents for container movements.
  • Plan schedules for drivers effectively.
  • Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute ad-hoc duties to support operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of haulage activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Transportation.

1-2 years of relevant experience in the haulage or transportation industry is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in logistics are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong communication skills in both Malay and English.
