As a Haulage Assistant, you will support the Haulage Planner in managing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, preparing documents, and planning schedules for drivers to collect or return ISO containers from ports and depots. You will communicate with various stakeholders, including customers and drivers, while executing ad-hoc duties to maintain operational efficiency.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Transportation.
1-2 years of relevant experience in the haulage or transportation industry is preferred.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in logistics are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills in both Malay and English for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to perform administrative tasks and handle document preparation accurately.
