
The Head - Business Development (B2C) is responsible for leading the Outstation team to drive student recruitment for Taylor's College and Taylor's University. This role significantly impacts the institution's growth by developing strategies to meet sales targets and enhance student enrollments across Malaysia.
In this role, you will manage a team focused on student recruitment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve institutional goals. You will assess market opportunities and implement strategies to enhance enrollment figures.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in an educational environment with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Business development and account management experience in education preferred.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
Mandatory ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin.
