Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in an educational environment with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Business development and account management experience in education preferred.
Experience in regional sales execution is an advantage.
Strong selling and counseling capabilities including customer service experience.
Familiarity with sales tools, processes, and technology.
Knowledge of higher education customer and competitor profiling.
Understanding of ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and feeder school marketing and branding approaches.
Experience in account management and execution strategies.
Ability to perform cost benchmarking for sales and marketing efforts.
Knowledge of agent network management and remuneration.
Experience with footprint expansion, development, and optimization.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
Mandatory ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin.
Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft applications.
Strong attitude, motivation, and passion related to higher education.
Sales-driven with a culture of excellence.
Excellent presentation, communication, and people management skills including counseling.
Team player who can collaborate across organization levels.
Skilled in conflict management.
Project management capabilities to plan and monitor projects effectively.
