Role Summary
The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the organization. This role ensures compliance with Malaysian reporting standards and plays a critical part in the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulations. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various departments to maintain financial integrity and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow and petty cash.
- Monitor payroll and statutory payments.
- Conduct internal audits and risk management.
- Liaise with tax agents and government agencies.
- Review fixed asset schedules and inventory management.
- Participate in ISO compliance activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance management.
Strong understanding of Malaysian financial regulations.
