
The Head of Creative Strategy is responsible for shaping the creative vision for campaigns and inspiring the creative team. This role plays a crucial part in advancing how brands engage with culture through innovative and strategic creative leadership.
In this role, you will lead the creative team in developing social-first creative ideas and ensure that all concepts align with client objectives and business goals. You will also drive creative excellence for revenue growth while mentoring your team and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 8+ years in a creative, content, or digital agency environment.
At least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong mastery of social platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
Deep understanding of the social content ecosystem.
Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
