
The Head of GTM & Business Operations is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategies and optimizing business operations to drive consumer segment growth. This role requires collaboration across various teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
Leads campaign go-to-market, trade marketing, and sales operations for consumer segment growth. Translates commercial priorities into sales plays and execution plans, ensuring timely rollout of products, propositions, and promotions. Oversees trade marketing, sales operations, and cross-functional alignment to drive execution discipline and maximize sales impact.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Go-to-Market strategy, business operations, or a related leadership role within the telecommunications or technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing GTM strategies that have driven significant business growth and market share.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent understanding of telecommunications market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
Demonstrated experience in optimizing operational processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology for efficiency gains.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
