
The Head of Rehabilitation is responsible for leading and managing the Rehabilitation services within the hospital. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care across various services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Rehabilitation department, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Therapy
Minimum 10 years of post-registration clinical experience in a hospital setting
Possession of a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical ability to assess clinical issues
Responsible and committed to high standards of care
