Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Student Experience Office, ensuring that enrollment goals are met through effective strategies and team management. You will collaborate closely with various departments to align recruitment efforts and enhance student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategies to achieve quarterly and annual enrollment targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for student recruitment.
  • Participate in recruitment events to promote the institution.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales and student recruitment team.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Evaluate team and individual performance against set targets.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, MQA standards, and institutional policies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align promotional activities.
  • Support other functional areas within the department as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or their representative.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Knowledge of SOPs, MQA standards, and institutional policies.
