The Head of the Student Experience Office is responsible for driving strategies and executing plans to achieve quarterly and annual enrollment targets, with a focus on new local enrollments. This role involves developing and implementing sales plans, participating in recruitment events, and building a high-performance sales and student recruitment team. The Head plans and executes sales strategies and forecasts, evaluates team and individual performance, and ensures compliance with SOPs, MQA standards, and institutional policies. Collaboration with the Marketing Department is essential to align promotional and recruitment activities. The position also supports other functional areas within the department and performs other duties as assigned by the Principal or their representative.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Experience in student recruitment and enrollment management.
Knowledge of SOPs, MQA standards, and institutional policies.
Good analytical skills to evaluate team and individual performance.
