
The Admin Executive (Reporting & Documentation) is responsible for preparing comprehensive monthly reports for owners and management. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting, significantly impacting decision-making processes within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve meticulous data analysis and report preparation in a dynamic office environment. You will work closely with different teams to gather necessary information and maintain the quality of reports. *Key Responsibilities:* - Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for management and owners. - Analyze data effectively to ensure accuracy in reporting. - Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information. - Ensure timely submission of reports to support decision-making processes. - Maintain organized documentation for easy access and reference. - Assist in improving reporting processes and methodologies. - Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience in report preparation is an advantage.
