
The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet the highest cleanliness standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency by overseeing cleaning processes and coordinating with various departments.
In this role, you will conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are cleaned to the highest standards. You will also manage daily operations and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
