Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify room status and coordinate housekeeping activities.
• Assist management with staff supervision and training.
• Serve as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Utilize computer systems for reporting and communication.
