The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor at Renaissance Johor Bahru is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. This role involves verifying room status, coordinating housekeeping activities, assisting management with staff supervision, and serving as a liaison between various departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. The supervisor ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and guest service expectations while performing job-related tasks that require both physical activity and use of computer systems.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Ability to work collaboratively and develop positive working relationships.

Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Competency in reading and verifying information, and using computers or point of sale systems.

Adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.

Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned.
