The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic operations of the Fairfield by Marriott Kota Kinabalu. This role involves leading various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.
As the Hotel Manager, you will engage in daily operations, collaborating with department heads to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring guest satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business with 6 years of experience, or a 2-year degree with 8 years.
Prior experience as a Hotel Manager in Malaysia is required.
Strong background in management operations, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry.
Previous experience with hotel pre-opening, preferably within the Marriott portfolio.
Proficiency in the local language and English is essential.
Proven ability to manage departmental budgets and drive profitability.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to hire and develop management teams.
