Hotel Manager - Fairfield by Marriott Kota Kinabalu at Marriott International - Sabah

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic operations of the Fairfield by Marriott Kota Kinabalu. This role involves leading various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.

As the Hotel Manager, you will engage in daily operations, collaborating with department heads to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring guest satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision.
• Lead the executive committee to drive departmental performance.
• Manage budgets and financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service and engagement.
• Collaborate with department heads in Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B.
• Act as General Manager in their absence, maintaining operational continuity.
