Role Summary

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience at Four Points by Sheraton Desaru.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in various housekeeping functions to uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in all tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training new housekeeping staff as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
