Role Summary

The HR Assistant is responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and supporting the overall HR functions within the organization.

Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will engage in daily tasks that involve payroll processing, employee record management, and compliance monitoring. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication with staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including salary calculations and allowances.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Excel and process bank payments.
  • Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
  • Monitor staff attendance and handle leave approvals.
  • Prepare yearly EA forms and manage documentation for SOCSO claims.
  • Organize and maintain employee personal files.
  • Collaborate with HR team to support various HR functions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Must be able to commute or relocate to Segamat.
