The HR Assistant is responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and supporting the overall HR functions within the organization.
As an HR Assistant, you will engage in daily tasks that involve payroll processing, employee record management, and compliance monitoring. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication with staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
