The HR Assistant oversees end-to-end payroll processing and employee record management at ECO-Shop Marketing. This role ensures statutory compliance and administrative efficiency while supporting the HR department's daily operations in Segamat.
As an HR Assistant, you will manage full-cycle payroll processing, including salary calculations, allowances, and statutory deductions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records in Excel, processing bank payments, and ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations. Additionally, you will monitor staff attendance, handle leave approvals, prepare yearly EA forms, and manage documentation for SOCSO claims and employee personal files.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Ability to manage employee attendance, leave approvals, and personal documentation.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
