
The HR Business Partner Intern is responsible for supporting HR initiatives aligned with company goals. This role involves collaborating with organizational leadership and various teams to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment within a sustainability-focused company.
The HR Business Partner Intern will work closely with the HR Business Partner team, engaging in day-to-day activities that support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives. This internship offers a dynamic work environment where interns can develop their communication skills and gain valuable experience in HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or any Business related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficiency in English speaking and comprehension is a must.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Able to interact with people clearly and with empathy.
Work well with others and be proactive.
Knowledge of any video/photo editing software is an added advantage.
