Job Description
NX Holdings Berhad is seeking an HR Executive to manage payroll and HR operations in a full-time contract role based in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various HR systems and documentation in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
Job Requirements
Preferably 2–3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
Hands-on payroll software experience; HR2000 proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to draft clear HR letters in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and Google Drive.
