Job Description

This position is for those who like to meet people, has the ability to read a person like a book and recommend the best to join our force. You will manage manpower requirements from various departments and your tasks include organising recruitment drives, manpower monitoring and administration, promotion, transfer, resignation and retirement processes, among other assignments. You are also required to take the lead in promoting, liaising as well as being the spokesperson in raising awareness on the Company’s brand through Career Fairs / Talks.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Psychology/ Marketing or its equivalent

Computer (MS Office) and tech savvy

Able to work with minimum supervision

On-the-job training will be provided

Friendly and people-oriented

Dynamic and pleasant personality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong initiative and drive for success
