HR Executive (Talent Acquisition/ Personnel Services) – Genting Malaysia Berhad

The HR Executive (Talent Acquisition/ Personnel Services) is responsible for managing the recruitment and personnel services within the organization. This role involves engaging with various departments to fulfill manpower needs and promoting the company's brand through recruitment initiatives.

In this role, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day recruitment processes and personnel management activities. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will interact with diverse teams and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize recruitment drives to attract potential candidates.
• Monitor manpower requirements across various departments.
• Manage the administration of promotions, transfers, resignations, and retirements.
• Liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Promote the company’s brand at Career Fairs and Talks.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the company during recruitment events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
