This role is for an HR Intern responsible for assisting with data analysis, handling insurance matters, and organizing events. The position provides practical experience in human resource processes and the opportunity to collaborate with various teams.
This HR Intern role involves supporting various human resources functions including data analysis, reporting, compensation and benefits operations, HR policy and process documentation, and event support. The intern will assist in maintaining HR-related data, developing dashboards, managing insurance coverage tasks, organizing HR events, and preparing materials related to HR policies.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP system, and data analysis tools.
Experience in projects requiring attention to detail, high quality standards, and document organization.
Leadership experience in clubs, societies, or events is advantageous.
Ability to work with diverse people and respect cultural differences.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu, both verbal and written.
