The employee will assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and document management. They will also help onboard new hires by creating and updating onboarding materials and working with the HR team to ensure alignment with company culture.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Interest in HR, recruitment, and people-related activities.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (verbal and written).
