Job Description
In this internship, you will assist the HR team with daily operations, including recruitment processes and onboarding new hires. You will work closely with team members to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes by posting job advertisements.
- Assist in candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Manage and organize recruitment documents.
- Help create and update onboarding materials for new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team to align onboarding with company culture.
- Provide administrative support for HR events and activities.
- Conduct data analysis to support HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Interest in HR, recruitment, and people-related activities.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (verbal and written).
