Role Summary

The HR Intern is responsible for supporting various HR activities within the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description

In this internship, you will assist the HR team with daily operations, including recruitment processes and onboarding new hires. You will work closely with team members to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment processes by posting job advertisements.
  • Assist in candidate screening and interview scheduling.
  • Manage and organize recruitment documents.
  • Help create and update onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align onboarding with company culture.
  • Provide administrative support for HR events and activities.
  • Conduct data analysis to support HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Interest in HR, recruitment, and people-related activities.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (verbal and written).
