As the Location HR Manager, you will lead and coordinate all HR activities for the Seremban plant. Responsibilities include implementing corporate initiatives, managing payroll and benefits, and overseeing talent management. You will serve as a strategic partner to plant management, ensuring labor law compliance, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and IT standards to meet internal and external customer expectations.
Degree in Economics, Law, HR, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in HR information systems and analytics tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in payroll administration, collective bargaining, and talent management.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer orientation.
