Role Summary

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations at the Seremban plant, collaborating closely with management to implement corporate initiatives and manage employee relations. You will be instrumental in enhancing the overall HR function to meet both internal and external customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate HR activities for the Seremban plant.
  • Implement corporate HR initiatives and policies.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Oversee talent management and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and IT standards.

Job Requirements

Degree in Economics, Law, HR, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role.

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in HR information systems and analytics tools.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
