The HR Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all HR activities for the Seremban plant. This role serves as a strategic partner to plant management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations at the Seremban plant, collaborating closely with management to implement corporate initiatives and manage employee relations. You will be instrumental in enhancing the overall HR function to meet both internal and external customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Economics, Law, HR, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in HR information systems and analytics tools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
