Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR
Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening
Proven experience in conducting professional interviews
Ability to create clear and accurate job descriptions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
