This role is responsible for vendor management and governance for Operational Service BPO, HR Services, and local HR service providers. The person serves as the primary contact for the BPO provider, ensuring collaboration and service delivery according to regional and local SLAs and KPIs. Responsibilities include coordinating payroll activities, benefits and compensation administration, and retained tasks not covered by the BPO. The role also involves second-level support for local key users, managing change requests and incident cases, and coordinating key user training and system testing. Additionally, the role drives project management for HR Service Management APAC, including reporting and communication of project progress.
Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years experience in HR, HR Systems, vendor management, governance, process improvement, project management.
