The HR Service Governance APAC is responsible for vendor management and governance for Operational Service BPO and HR Services. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery across the APAC region, impacting local HR operations significantly.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day vendor management and governance activities, ensuring that HR services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs. You will work closely with BPO providers and local HR teams to coordinate various HR functions and support key users effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service agreements.
• Coordinate payroll activities and oversee benefits and compensation administration.
• Provide second-level support for local key users and address incident cases.
• Manage change requests and facilitate system testing for HR services.
