
The HR Service Governance APAC is responsible for vendor management and governance for Operational Service BPO and HR Services. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery across the APAC region, impacting local HR operations significantly.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day vendor management and governance activities, ensuring that HR services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs. You will work closely with BPO providers and local HR teams to coordinate various HR functions and support key users effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, HR Systems, or vendor management.
Strong understanding of governance and process improvement.
Experience in project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
