As an HR Specialist at Palmgold Management Sdn Bhd, you will engage in various HR functions, ensuring a smooth employee experience from recruitment to performance management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent. - Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new employees effectively. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills. - Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
