Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role will collaborate closely with Management to drive workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and HR initiatives that align with the Company's growth and operational objectives. The HRBP will also oversee recruitment strategies, employee relations, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR best practices.
Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
