
The Human Resources Officer/Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within a mid-sized law firm. This role plays a critical part in aligning HR strategy with business objectives and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare programs within a dynamic legal environment. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance employee engagement and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in professional services or legal industry.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
