This role involves developing HR strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, administering employee benefits and welfare programs, coordinating performance management, handling HR administration tasks, and developing HR policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in professional services or legal industry.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
