The Indirect Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient procurement processes and collaboration with various stakeholders.

In this role, you will engage in daily procurement activities, including managing purchase orders and collaborating with internal departments and suppliers. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and discrepancies related to procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders and procurement processes.
• Handle purchase order status follow-ups and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Control invoices and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Prepare procurement reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support supplier and catalog enablement, particularly for Ariba Guided Buying.
• Assist with compliance tasks and process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training materials as needed.
• Participate in testing activities as required.
