This role involves handling purchase orders, following up on their status, supporting issue resolution and user queries, collaborating with internal departments and suppliers, and controlling invoices to resolve discrepancies.
Ability to manage purchase orders and procurement processes.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement databases.
Strong collaboration skills to work with internal departments and suppliers.
Capability to handle procurement-related user support and issue resolution.
Competence in controlling invoices and resolving deviations.
Familiarity with preparing procurement reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ability to support supplier and catalog enablement, particularly for Ariba Guided Buying.
Skills to assist with compliance tasks and process improvements.
Experience in developing and delivering training materials.
Willingness to participate in testing activities as required.
