Role Summary
The Inflight Agent-3 is responsible for the secure collection and delivery of food and beverage and merchandise carts between the warehouse and aircraft. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely service and operational efficiency within the aviation environment.
Job Description
In the day-to-day work, the Inflight Agent-3 collaborates closely with flight attendants and warehouse personnel to manage inflight catering inventories and ensure all amenities are accounted for. The role requires physical capability to handle heavy carts and assist with vehicle docking procedures, all while adhering to strict schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of meals with flight attendants.
- Manage duty-free cart transfers between the warehouse and aircraft.
- Assist drivers with aircraft docking procedures.
- Ensure all amenities are accounted for before flights.
- Report any service delays formally to management.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Uphold aviation safety and security protocols at all times.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in ground handling, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Ability to manage and verify inflight catering inventories accurately.
Strong reporting skills for documenting operational delays or service issues.
