Job Description
The Inflight Agent-3 is responsible for the secure collection and delivery of F&B and Merchandise carts between the warehouse and aircraft according to strict schedules. Key duties include verifying the accuracy of meals with flight attendants, managing duty-free cart transfers, and assisting drivers with aircraft docking procedures. The role ensures all amenities are accounted for and that any service delays are formally reported to management.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in ground handling, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Ability to manage and verify inflight catering inventories accurately.
Proficiency in coordinating with warehouse personnel and flight crews.
Physically capable of handling heavy carts and assisting with vehicle docking.
