Job Description
As an Inside Sales representative at OGX Networks Sdn Bhd, you will engage in daily activities that include following up on inbound leads and conducting outbound cold calls and emails. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on building relationships and understanding client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads to convert them into sales.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to engage potential clients.

Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields.
Relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
