Role Summary

The Intern, Business Development Admin is responsible for monitoring and tracking utilities payments for retail outlets. This role involves coordinating with tenants and the finance department to ensure timely collection and accurate record-keeping.

Job Description

The intern will engage in daily tasks that include monitoring payments and assisting in document organization within a collaborative work environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track utilities payments for retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with tenants and the finance department to resolve payment issues.
  • Assist in organizing the Master File and filing documents.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping of transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Support the business development team in various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
