This position is for an HR Intern focusing on Talent Acquisition. The role provides an opportunity to learn about the hiring process, assist in candidate sourcing, and contribute to recruitment strategies while working with a team.
The HR Intern will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements, the hiring process, and team objectives. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, maintain applicant tracking systems, support new hire orientations, and participate in team meetings to develop recruitment strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
