Job Description
Join the Local IT Team to provide technical support and manage IT hardware. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and networked devices, while handling installations, moves, and disposals. Responsibilities include configuring hardware, managing incident tickets in BMC Helix, and maintaining IT assets. You will also gain experience in PowerBI report development and automation projects using approved tools within an international corporate setting.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Prior experience in technical support or desktop support roles is preferred.
Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Linux, or Mac OS.
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and English communication abilities.
Ability to commit to a minimum three-month internship period.
Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certifications are considered a plus.
