The Intern - IT is responsible for providing technical support and managing IT hardware. This role offers the opportunity to work within a local IT team in an international corporate environment, focusing on troubleshooting and asset management.
As an Intern in the IT department, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting various devices and managing incident tickets. You will also gain hands-on experience with PowerBI report development and automation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Prior experience in technical support or desktop support roles is preferred.
Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Linux, or Mac OS.
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and English communication abilities.
Ability to commit to a minimum three-month internship period.
Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certifications are considered a plus.
