Role Summary

The Intern, Performance Management, Employee & Industrial Relations is responsible for supporting the team in executing employee engagement and cultural initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment through various activities and collaborations.

Job Description

In this internship, you will assist in planning and coordinating internal events, communication campaigns, and employee engagement activities. You will also help design visual or video materials for internal communication and engagement content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal events and communication campaigns.
  • Help design visual or video materials for internal communication.
  • Monitor and document performance management, disciplinary, and grievance cases under guidance.
  • Participate in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for employee-related events or welfare programs.
  • Contribute ideas for process efficiency, innovation, and automation.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be pursuing or have recently completed a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interest in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and/or Employee Engagement.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and simple image/video editing tools.

Good communication skills in both English and Malay (spoken and written).

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
