
The Intern, Performance Management, Employee & Industrial Relations is responsible for supporting the team in executing employee engagement and cultural initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment through various activities and collaborations.
In this internship, you will assist in planning and coordinating internal events, communication campaigns, and employee engagement activities. You will also help design visual or video materials for internal communication and engagement content.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must be pursuing or have recently completed a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and/or Employee Engagement.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and simple image/video editing tools.
Good communication skills in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
